RATES & TIMES

We welcome our clients to get creative as possible during a booking. All we ask is that the Studio Rules are followed and that you factor in set-up, pack-down and studio reset into your allocated time.

We kindly ask that you stick to your booking slot and that you are courteous of the fact that there may be a booking beforehand or straight after. Early arrivals and late departures are not possible and should your booking interfere with someone else’s allocated time slot, you will be subject to penalty charges. Please check our Frequently Ask Questions for more information about bookings

Our studio is completely self-accessed via a smart lock. Only once payment is made and the Booking Agreement is signed and returned, does a booking move to a “confirmed” status. You will receive an access pack with information about how to access the studio the day before your booking.

    • 2-Hour Booking : $280+ GST

    • Half-Day Booking (4 Hours): $500 + GST

    • Full-Day Booking (8 Hours): $950 + GST

    • Extended Full Day Booking (10 Hours): $1,120.00 + GST

    • 20% Loading Rate for Photographer ‘Mini-Branding/Content Sessions’.

    • Overtime Penalty Rate: $70 + GST for every half-hour past the end of the booking. Please respect that there may be a booking directly after yours.

    • Excess Cleaning Fee: $100 p/h + GST (charged if studio rules aren't followed)

    • Paper Back Drop Usage Per Colour (3m Wastage): $50.00 + GST (Non-Refundable, even if not used)

    • Studio Car Park (1) Requires 1-Way Call Out Fee: $15.00 + GST (Available for Full Day Bookings Only)

    • Security Deposits/Bonds will be added to invoices at the discretion of the Studio Director.

    • 2- Hour Booking Slot 1: 8:30am - 10:30am

    • 2- Hour Booking Slot 2: 11:00am - 1:00pm

    • 2- Hour Booking Slot 3: 1:30pm - 3:30pm

    • Half Day Booking Slot 1: 8:30am - 12:30pm

    • Half Day Booking Slot 2: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

    • Full Day Booking Slot: 9:00am to 5:00pm

    • Extended Full Day Booking Slot: 7:00am - 5:00pm

  • Monday to Friday: Bookings can be made from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

    Saturday: Bookings can be made from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

    Sundays and Public Holidays: Available for Half or Full day bookings and will have a 20% loading rate applied to the total booking amount.
